When you compare the student population of Halifax with these positive spin-offs, we really should thank our post-secondary institutions for not only making us a smart city, but a happy, healthy city too.

I don't see anything wrong with working while studying. In fact, this will benefit well those students who want to be independent when they reached 21. This will hone their maturity and decision-making capabilities.
